2011 Updates

Yes, I know. I am VERY far behind. It has been a busy few months, but I am going to try again to get back into the swing of this blogging stuff. :)

2011 has already been a fun/busy year, and it's only May. From birthdays to graduations to weddings, we have been busy. Caleb turned 3 in January and we celebrated his Birthday at Walt Disney World!! Wow, I still can't believe he is already 3! He became fully potty trained March 1st, over night I might add. It was a much welcomed achievement! No more diapers! We were/are very proud of him. He went straight to big boy underwear, no pull ups! No accidents, nada! I have been busy with work and am starting to work on becoming state certified as a Pharmacy Technician. I would love to work at the pharmacy at my Target, but we will have to see if that door opens once I finish my studying and ultimately pass the test. Until then, I must study! We are off to Walt Disney World again in 12 days, but this time for a little family reunion with our Illinois Klos family! We can't wait to see them and be on vacation at "The Happiest Place On Earth"!!!

Here are a few pictures from the the first parts of 2011:

January 2010

January has been a cold month for us Floridians! Here are a few pics of Caleb enjoying the outside when we had a chance. No Snow, but we had lots of ice and temps in the teens.

Recap of the end of the year...

December has been a busy month for us. I started working at Target (Seasonal) in mid November and with the holiday rush, I was working 32+hrs (nights and weekends). Needless to say I didn't see much of Billy or Caleb at the same time. Caleb was napping when I left for work in the afternoons and would obviously be asleep when I got home. Of course that meant Billy and the dogs were asleep as well! We adjusted and made it work knowing it would slow down after the first of the year. With me working in retail and Billy being on call, that meant this year we would remain home at Christmas and New Years. I missed seeing my side of the family this year but am thankful that Billy was not called out so Christmas was not a total loss. We spent Christmas morning with My parents, then headed to Gulf Breeze to see the Wheelers/Sanders/Shirahs. We were again showered with wonderful presents this year from everyone! Caleb has more toys than he knows what to do with......which means we have no room for Birthday toys. :)
I have since been hired on at Target as a regular employee and not seasonal! What a relief! We are certainly thankful for the extra help with some bills! 2010 is looking good so far!

I was trying to get a good Christmas picture of Caleb and the Dogs.....needless to say this was the best one out of 50 that I took.

Back Yard Fun

It is hard to believe that Caleb is 19 months old! He is like a sponge when it comes to everything. Daddy has been wanting a T-ball set for Caleb and Caleb has been wanting a Police Radio like his Daddy. So here are a few pics of both!

Daddy and Caleb Playing Ball!

Caleb smacks the ball, and the dogs LOVE to chase it.

Apparently Mickey wanted to slide.....

Move over Mickey, here comes Caleb!

The radio entertained him for over an hour!
